Refund policy



Returns


We always strive to keep our customers happy. In the event that a product did not meet your expectations or you changed your mind, we offer a return policy. Our policy lasts 14 days from date of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since you received your items, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. See refunds for refund information.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We can not accept washed, used or worn items.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, send an email to contact@teaandlinen.com. 


Refunds

(if applicable)

Once your return is received and processed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and a refund was processed. Processing can take from 10 to 30 days.

Once processed, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Your refund amount will be for the cost of the product. We pay for return shipping, but we do not refund original shipping charge unless your refund is because of a damaged product or you were sent the wrong item(s).


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.


There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@teaandlinen.com.

Sale items

(if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

(if applicable)
If you receive a gift and want to exchange for other items, let us know and we will coordinate the exchange.

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit, email us at contact@teaandlinen.com with a photo of the damaged items and we will send replacement(s).

Gifts


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.


If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and the original form of payment will be refunded.


Shipping


Contact us to coordinate the return. We can provide a discounted return label to you.


Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
