The half-round blade of the zucchini corer is serrated and sharpened on both sides. Unlike our Fruit & Vegetable Corer it is not used to core lengthwise but to core pieces of zucchini or cucumber by creating a round tunnel. Perfect for preparing stuffed zucchinis.
